What is wrong with my computers internet connection? The computer that I am having trouble with was built about 5 months ago and for some reason I have not had the greatest of luck with internet connection. I have a laptop that is running Windows 7 in the same room that has no problem reaching the 16 mbps that this computer should be getting so I know it has nothing to do with where the computer is located. I have come to the point where it is either WIndows 8 that is the problem or my router/modem is the problem. I have gone through about 5 wireless adapters and they all fail to reach the advertised speed that we pay for.
Can someone please walk me through this and help me solve my wireless connectivity issue.
