Intel Core i5-4570 Haswell 3.2GHz 6M LGA 1150
ASRock H87 Pro4 Socket 1150
Western Digital (WD) Caviar BLUE WD10EZEX 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache HDD
SeaSonic M12II Bronze 620W 80 PLUS PSU
Cooler Master K380 Mid Tower
Kingston HyperX Blu 2x4 GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9 1.65v
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 OC 2GB GDDR5 Windforce 3X

And AsRock is good for that combo or wait for gigabyte B85/ H87

My 1st build so i'm confuse :p

While that setup should do you good at the highest settings for the vast majority of games, I anticipate that on Ultra on 1080p (I'm assuming) it will give you around 35 FPS on Battlefield 4. Most likely more on COD: Ghosts. If you want better performance, I highly recommend you look into the R9 280X which runs for only $50 more and performs significantly better.

Well, I plan to use 23 inch screen " 1080*1920 " :D
So GTX 760 Can't run upcoming games " Heavy ones " with high FPS on ultra ?

Well that depends on what you consider high FPS. However, I will define high FPS as 60 or more. In that case, you will get high FPS on Ultra on the vast majority of the games today. For example, you should expect about 70 FPS on Battlefield 3 on Ultra at 1080p. The only games that you shouldn't expect a high FPS are the super demanding games, like Crysis 3 and to a lesser extend Battlefield 4. There is a nice article about the GTX 760 here on Tom's Hardware, and that includes quite a few benchmarks so you can check out the performance for yourself. The GTX 760 is an awesome price/performance card. For the vast majority of the games today, it will play them on maximum settings with 60+ FPS. It is only when you talk about the super demanding games (Crysis 3, Metro: Last Light, Battlefield 4, etc.) that the card begins to struggle. If you do anticipate playing those super demanding titles a lot, then I would recommend a stronger card. But if you mostly play slightly older titles and only a little bit of Battlefield 4 or something, then the GTX 760 should be a great card for you. However, if you are willing to spend $50 more, then you could just purchase an AMD R9 280X and that will give you high FPS even on the super demanding games.

Combo looks good, and 2GB should be enough, assuming that you will be playing at 1080p and not some higher resolution. Because your CPU is not unlocked (does not have a K at the end of the number), you probably want to stay away from a Z87 type motherboard - which you did - because those are usually more expensive because they are meant for overclocking. So good choice on the motherboard.

Hmm, GTX 760 2GB cost 250$ and GTX 760 4GB cost 300$ so 50$ different, So GTX 760 4GB better then 280x right ?

The 280x competes with the gtx770 and beats it in a majority of benches.

AMD processors are good like AMD A10-6800K !, Thinking to build desktop with that processor since it has good built in vga and later i will get good VGA card 3GB GDDR5 to run new games on ultra with 23 inch screen !
