I used the Q2 2013 400$ mini-ITX article as reference for this build but I plan on using a different CPU and motherboard though.http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mini-itx-do-it-yourself-game-console,3531.html

So my questions are :
1.Would there be much of a difference on the performance if I chose the pentium g2010 instead of the g860? (would it perform better , same or get bad as a whole?)
2.I plan on using the MSI B75M-P45 as motherboard so is it compatible with Core I5-4430 when I upgrade in 2-3 years ?
3. is it even a wise choice as the motherboard in the first place?

It's for my brother and he wants to play bf3 and dota 2 on it. really need your help guys. Thanks..

the g2010 newer cpu and can run faster ram stock (1333 vs 1066).
your better off jumping to an i3 it has two real cores and hyperthreading of your gaming. the 1150 i5-4430 wont fit on the older b7x mb you need a b87 chipset becuase the new cpu missing 5 pins.

Yes the i5-3330 will fit but you can check out haswell based Pentium along with 87 chipset motherboard for more future proofing and also that 4430 support.
