Goal: Meet the "Recommended requirements", or close to it, for Battlefield 4 and the like.
Budget: 150-350$ total for RAM & GPU upgrade

I have 3 sticks of Kingston DD3 Ram totaling 6GB. I think my P6T SE Mobo can handle 24GB. I believe it is PC3-10600, but for some reason CPU-Z lists it as PC3-10700. I would like to upgrade to at least 8GB per BF4 recommended requirements. So, will I lose out if I just purchase another stick of equivalent RAM so that I have 4 sticks? I guess I would lose the triple channel, but will I really notice the difference? If so, whats the best option? A new 3 stick kit totaling 12-16GB?

Recommended settings for BF4 say I need a 3GB GPU, but I think 2GB should suffice, yes? 3GB cards are too darn expensive. Also, I believe my card can handle PCI-e 2.1x16? Not sure though. The dimensions of GPU is a concern - not a full tower and my mobo is a "small version" so I know I can never crossfire/SLI or anything, not enough space. I remember installing the HD 5770 years ago and even that was kind of a tight squeeze.

I am not looking to run everything on ultra, I just want it to be eye candy to the point that I don't feel like I need to go out and buy a PS4! Also, I won't be overclocking - not tech savvy enough.

Thanks for the advice! You don't think that losing the triple channeling caused by adding just a fourth stick on my mobo chipset is a big deal?

It may reduce the performance a tiny bit, but will be made up by adding 2gigs more RAM.
