I will do some normal gaming, not hardcore. Just play some steam and sims, crysis etc

Lot's of homework, copy & paste, MS office stuff, youtube, social network, editing, photo stuff etc
I'm planning to run 2 or 3 monitors if possible?

why did you go for these old AND expensive products? unless you got a great cheap deal on these.
you are getting the first generation extreme processor, and LGA 1366... why not get newer parts?
coz am finding these parts very expensive on online retailers, if not discontinued.
