Hi guys! What's the cheapest pay as you go VOIP provider to call landlines android/pc worldwide from europe? Except Skype. Thank you so much.

It is not where you are calling from it is where you are calling to that affects the costs. Since the connection form your house to the gateway is via IP that tends to be free. When they must go from the IP network into the telco systems is where the costs are. Most VoIP providers have locations in many countries. Some of these are pooled with other VoIP providers. If they do not then they will have to pay a long distance carrier to connect from their nearest location which increases the costs a lot.

So what you need to do is look where you call the most and then search VoIP providers for the cheapest rates to those countries. Some are outrageous because the government of that country has placed huge telephone taxes on all lines. In those countries you are best off using VoIP on both ends
