Samsung 20" monitor shows shadow.

My Samsung monitor shows a motion shadow on every right side of objects. It will appear maximum at black color stage. what can I do..?? I will add a screen shot of my monitor. help me, is this because of my VGA cable or monitor or any hardware problem..??

So you are saying It because of VGA cable..?? I will change it and tell you. So are you sure about it is not a monitor panel problem..??
