Does anybody know if you can find your motherboard serial number on the back of my motherboard ( x79a-gd45)

I am wondering if i could find my serial number on the back of my x79a-gd45 motherboard. I would like to know this before i will take my pc appart in order to find this serial number. Otherwise it would be all wasted time

(sorry for the bad english I live in the Netherlands)

isn't it the number that is located under the pcie x16 slot white sticker with barcode?

i see that there is a sticker on the back of the mother board.
if you have the box the serial number is located on the sides.

yes that was my question, unfortunatly i do not have the box anymore, i did found 2 codes on the front of my motherboard
Ba16484307 and 2a022010

before taking the hole pc apart try this might save you some time.
haven't tried it my self think you can give a shot.

this works just tried it after instaling click the motherboard icon click on mother board and you will see down your serial number

restart pc and try again if the same apears than the program cant find it.it found my serial number.if i doesent find it try the other.

you were right after all: the code Ba16484307 worked at the msi register page.

maybe msi doesn't pass the serial number at all
