2 choices of memory which would you buy?

I have i4670k and msi g45

Pcpartpicker says there a conflict with this ?http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-122-KS
Because its 1.5 - 1.65v

My pc handles upto 1.5 why is there a conflict?

Also looking athttp://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-043-TG same here 1.5 - 1.6v

Which should I buy?

Vulcan has a very very little but better timing, btw go with the one has better looking on ur board :)
