Hey, I have been recently every interested in buying a new graphics card for my PC but I've been afraid that I wouldn't choose the right one. I like very high resolution games like Battlefield 3/4, Crysis and a lot more but may current Nvidia 9800GTX/9800GTX+ has not been able to keep up with them.

The graphics card on my mind is the GTX 760 but I feel like it is too good and will just bottleneck my system.

Here is my specifications:
PSU: Antec Neo Eco 450w
CPU: i7 860 @ 2.80Ghz w/ Thermaltake cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte: P55-UD3R 1156 socket
RAM: 2 sticks of 8G RAM (16GB)
Hard Drive: One 500GB Western Digital Hard Drive, one 1TB Samsung Hard Drive

If I wanted to upgrade my GPU, what would be the best choice for me in your opinion and would you recommend upgrading anything else? Also I am on a tight budget so maybe GPU around
$100-$250.

Thank you.

Your system wont bottleneck if you get a high end GPU. Go with the 760. The card has a good price, and it's the best card you'll get with your budget.

The 760 is a good choice and I don't believe you will have a bottleneck, you are running an i7, in which you could also overclock to give you more of a performance boost with it to alleviate any bottleneck, but I believe it will be fine and you will be able to play games at high settings.

Ugh ugh ugh! Your PSU! Before you buy the 760, you should get a new PSU. Your PSU doesn't have enough W to run the GPU!
