Will this RAM work with my processor?

They will work fine, have run the 32GB set of those w/ my 4770K(as well as the 32GB of 2666 I'm currently running), may need a slight OC to 4.0 or so, just change the multiplier, then enable XMP and select profile 1, have sticks in slots 1-3 or 2-4
