1st Time Build for Gamer/Graphic Design

Hi All,
I'm looking to build my own PC. I play a lot of games - from the Witcher to Crysis to LoL and anything in between. My budget is around $1,500. My biggest concern is not paying too much for the parts that I have picked out right now. I greatly appreciate any tweaks you all can make to my build.

The only problem I see is you have this beautiful SLI-ready motherboard and a power supply that could use a bit more wattage so that you're ready for SLI. The standard edition of this video card has a max wattage rating of 230W. The OC editions will, of course, use a bit more. I'd say go with a 750W supply to err on the side of caution:

Seasonic G-750

That PSU will make your system ready for a second 770 at some point without a doubt.
