Hello,

I am on a budget, and the above models are in the same price in my country. Which do you recommend and why? (Except from cooling, I am also very interested in noise levels)

- CORSAIR CARBIDE SERIES 200R
- BITFENIX SHINOBI USB3.0

My machine will be mostly used for web development. Light games, no overclock.

Okay, then flip a coin. Both cases are more than sufficient for what you will use the build for. Shinobi has a better finish and finesse, but the 200R has better cable management with more fan mounts. But you shouldn't load up your case with fans anyways. Two max will do for you.
Both are overkill for a simple programming build. My vote goes to the Shinobi because the 200R has poor airflow design. But if the build is for programming, that doesn't matter so much.

As for noise levels, it depends how many fans you put up. Obviously, the more you put up, the noisier it gets. If you have access to the Fractal Design Arc Midi, that's a good alternative.
