CPU Photo Edition i3 vs i5

Hello.
I want to buy a new PC to start learning about photo edition with my new camara.
Does it worth to pay 57€ extra to get an i5 instead of an i3?

The i5 has 4 cores and the i3 has 2. I'm sure the i3 would do just fine for photo editing but I would personally go with the i5 as some editing programs are pretty demanding.
