im looking to buy a customized pre-built gaming pc for cheap off of ebay, but dont know whether its better to have a ram speed of 1600mhz and 2gb dedicated graphics, or a ram speed of 1333mhz and 4gb dedicated graphics, plz help.

the 2 i am comparing differ in price by £30 and are the following links:

my laptop is kicking the bucket again after just 2 months from being last repaired at cost of £120 (new hdd, os and licensing key + labour), so i decided i don't have the time to wait any longer before getting a pc, as i need a working computer for my course material and personal gaming, delivery is handled in under a week so i can begin setting it up before my tests begin

links are the same. I would go for the more ram on graphics card. you wont be able to tell the difference between 1333 and 1600mhz, if you can the ram is cheap and upgrade it. Gpus are expensive to replace if your just wanting more ram on it.

But until I can see the second computer that what im going with.

both those links are to different deals by the same seller, the images are similar because its the format they use, the differences between the 2 are really just the ram speed and dedicated memory though (and 1 lets you choose the 3 free games it comes with)

so you'd recommend the higher dedicated then?

thanks for the help, i'll get the cheaper one then as its easier on my already small savings, and leaves me money to get a decent monitor and keyboard.

hopefully i dont have to worry about the parts being "refurbished" and the pc sold as new, since i want this to last me atleast the 4years im in uni
