intel core i5-3330 3.0GHz
Ram: 4GB DDR3 13330 MHz
Saphirre HD 7870 GHz Edition 2 GB
motherboard:gigabyte h61M-S2P-B3
Thermaltake Commander MS-III Mid Tower + 520W PSU

is my build will be good for games @1080 High settings? like Crysis 3, Hitman, GTA5 (when it come out).. i don't care much about playing Crysis 3 at Very high settings, but i care about most of modern Games, and I'm not Aiming for 60+FPS in all games..40+ in solid games shall be fine

and what is more important if i wanted to get better performance.. should i upgrade my CPU to i5-3570k or upgrade my ram to 8 GB ?

Solution
8gb of ram is the most you will need for RAM so i would do that although as you go higher you will see no difference.

You will be able to play those games, but not on very high or ultra but like you said you dont care for it so ya youll be fine

Well, while 8gb ram would be a better answer in a short term, I'd suggest I5-3570, you will need that 8gb ram, but you can always just add a stick later for little money, while it's kinda problematic and more expensive to add CPU

I'm not sure about the PSU yet..i may go with
SeaSonic S12II Bronze 520W , or Hec. 550 Watt
is i5-3330 faced a problem on any game before? i mean i think it's enough for running all games

I would honestly go for the 4th generation CPUs. i5-3570k is good but the 3rd generation products and dying out and discontinuing. It will be difficult in the future to upgrade your pc parts or replace them. i5-4670k is what I purchased.
