Hi everyone. Looking for a 850w, no less, Power Supply that is fully modular and will not make a sound when gaming. My range of price is around 100$ - 180$. I've been looking at some Corsair PSU's, but I'm not very sure what is the best. I've also seen some PSU's with external fans, which I'm fine with. I can just pop on a Corsair AF120 and it will be Silent that way too. Just has to be fully modular. Sleeved cables are preferred!

Thanks in advance!

Here's a few I would suggest:

- Corsair HX: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
- EVGA SuperNOVA: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
- NZXT Hale 90: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
- Rosewill Capstone: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
- Cooler Master V: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
- Seasonic X850: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
- PC Power & Cooling Silencer MKIII: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
- XFX Pro: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

All of these units are made by Seasonic or Super Flower and are of the highest quality you can buy on the market.

But only one is silent. And are they fully modular like OP did want?

I think I may go with this one
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-rm850
Because it appears to be fully modular, in my price range, but I still have to find out if it's quiet or not. I may also go with the NZXT Hale 90, but I'm not sure if that is quiet either. Any vouches?

Thanks a bunch everyone. Please continue to post if you find something even better!

There's a few that are fully modular, but all are at least partial modular (8-pin voltage and 24-pin power built in, everything else is interchangeable).

Those are a bit pricey, I don't think I need 1000W.

What does everyone think about this one though?

Anyone know if it's quiet? I mean it says it is but still...

Wait wait wait. This BLEW MY MIND.

I WILL BUY THIS IF IT'S NOT A BAD PSU. Is this good, cause I mean, the whole fan control thing is awesome! Apparently it's completely quiet. AND it's fully modular. So the question is, will this thing last?
