850w Fully Modular Silent PSU (For Gaming)

Hi everyone. Looking for a 850w, no less, Power Supply that is fully modular and will not make a sound when gaming. My range of price is around 100$ - 180$. I've been looking at some Corsair PSU's, but I'm not very sure what is the best. I've also seen some PSU's with external fans, which I'm fine with. I can just pop on a Corsair AF120 and it will be Silent that way too. Just has to be fully modular. Sleeved cables are preferred!
