i need to know when one of these 760 cards gives me the best deal considering the manufacturer, price and content

when it only says PCI express 3.0, how many pins would it have?

It really is up to you which 760 you want. Also PCI express 3.0 is compatible with any motherboard now. So it will fit on your motherboard

i suggest you ASUS or gigabyte (for cheap price)

That's up to you. If you want to overclock then you should probably get the MSI card. If you want it cool and quiet then get the Gigabyte card. Personally I'd go for Gigabyte as its already OC'd and has 3 fans to keep it really cool.
