It was never made past concept. Too expensive to make, not really any quieter than OEM coolers, and is easily beatable in heat diffusion. It also was probably not very good at getting the heat off the cpu itself. No way to get it off, no use.

Pretty much. Sure it worked on concept, but one you put heat under it, it cant get rid of it.
