Question about LED Fans.

I put together my new build recently with an i5 3570k and GTX 760. Everything works fine but i'm sort of annoyed by the amount of light being given off by the Vegas Duo Fan. Is there anyway to put something in between to tone down the light coming out or anyway to adjust the brightness somehow? Here's the inside. The vegas fan is all the way at the back. Brightest one.

Just say too much light coming out of the back

Solution
In a sense, that is similar to what conformal coating is, though it is more permanent then nail polish.

As long as you only cover the plastic part of the LED and let it dry thoroughly you should be fine.

You can run the fan at 7volts, it will spin slower and the LED should be dimmer, depending on how they built the supply for it, usually just a resistor divider.

You can also change or add a resistor yourself to tone it down, but you will need to know the voltage drop across the resistor and the LED (varies by color and light output)

I have fan adjustment on my Case, There's only 3 settings though and it does change the brightness but at the lowest setting the fan turns off completely. If i plug the fan to the board will i have better control? and what software does that?

Im willing to try the nail polish thing but is it safe to put nail polish on a circuit?

Looks like i'm gonna run with that. I can keep the effects too if i do every other one. Thanks.
