hi,

I'm suffering from forarm and wrist pain caused by computer use.

I recently bought a logitech performence MX mouse, and don't think it really suits me better than a

regular mouse, as it seems that in order to fit my hand on in, i need to force it into it; also, the thumb

resting area seems to make my thumb stretch too much and cause thumb pain.

I can't figure out what should I change in my work enviorment, either If I put my keyboard and mouse on

the desk itself I experience pain, I think because it makes me stretch my arms too much to the front of

the desk (so they won't stay in the air), and either if i put the m&k on a lower shelf I am having pain

because then I have no support for my arms.

do you have any suggestions for me?

regarding the wrist/fingers pain itself I am thinking about trying out a different type of mouse, a more

vertical one like this:

http://dx.com/p/delux-m618gx-2-4ghz-wireless-vertical-laser-mouse-black-grey-2-x-aaa-181555

not sure what's the difference between the two GX vs GL?

and regarding the forearm pain I wonder if this device could help:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ergonomic-H...US_Mouse_Pads_Wrist_Rests&hash=item35ca70f991

not about the quality of it, and also not sure where should i install it, on the chair (And I'd be too far

from the keyboard I guess), or on the desk (and then I would again have to stretch my arm over the desk).

anyone got any experience with this frustrating situation or with these products and can give me some

advice?

thanks
