Well I would go with windows 7 professional 64-bit because its cheaper and easier to handle and i know it 100% but its always depened on what you love :D

OEM is a perfect choice

OEM version only has the edition that was purchased. 64bit only come with a 64bit disc.
Retail comes with both 32bit and 64bit, but it's a upgrade not for clean install. There are methods on the web that teaches on how to use this version to perform a clean install.
This version also comes with a key card, the product key label is on a card so it can be kept in a save place. OEM on the other hand don't have it, but it has a sticker with the product key on it. The number is so small, you'll need a microscope just to see it. :pt1cable:
Get Windows 8.1, if they have it.

oki SL mean Single language it mean you cant install another language. And for me i would always buy Microsoft products from Microsoft shop.
