One day i decided to format my pc, i created 1 more partition for my personal files, and formatted the other when i installed Windows 7 x64.
Windows started to freeze or bsod after like 10/30 minutes, after start-up.
Ive noticed that without graphics driver it didnt freeze at all.
And it didnt freeze in safe mode.
I have ATI Radeon HD 5750 graphic card.
The driver for the graphics i got from windows update.
Once, i spotted that BSOD were 0x0124

bsod 124 normaly means the memory or the cpu is not getting enough volts.
load optimized defaults in bios, then set hpet and peg 1 modes. check the ram speed and volts (if your ram is rated at 1.5v then it should be fine. but if its 1.5-1.65 then you will likely have to turn up the volts to 1.65, same goes if your using an amd cpu, make sure the ram volts are correct for the ram and not just default by the motherboard)
hpet is a hardware timer that win 7 relies on, if its not enabled win7 will randomly bsod.

peg1 is for the gfx card and tells bios which slot you installed the gfx and should boot that 1 first.

My bios menu is pretty different from others, theres no option to change Hpet or peg.. i tryed to restore default settings but bsod heppened again

go into the events viewer and see what the full bug check codes are...
it should look something like this...
Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 124
BCP1: 0000000000000004
BCP2: FFFFFA800419F038
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

then go here and match up what your bugcheck code displays to 1 of the many errors listed say...
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff557321(v=vs.85).aspx

in my example you have error 124 followed by bcp1 04 if you look at the list 04 is a pci-e error which points to the gfx card. either lacking volts, at the wrong frequency or a driver issue... it doesnt say exatly whats causing the error but it will help point us in the rite direction
