620W is fine :D you always can go for higher Watts but it depend if you will upgrade your PC later like adding bigger GPU or extra GPU so 620 should be just fine :D

Also if you want to be 100% sure you can read each of your aspect Watts and plus it all together and you will know 100% your fine :D

any ways you should be fine :D

Your system should fall in the neighborhood of 300W delivered by the PSU or ~350W at the wall under full-load... like any other relatively high-end Intel system with only a single high-ish-end GPU.

I wish people wouldn't over-estimate their PC's requirements so much mainly due to over-inflated GPU vendor requirements/recommendations based on crappy PSUs.
