I bought an XSPC X20 750 dual bay/res, returned 2 due to burned out pumps. Number 3 works. Well kinda. At idle it seems to pump just fine. But playing games my temps sored to shut off point after hearing a few slight knocks frkm the pump housing. Plugged into my back up PSU (that came out my system 5 hours ago) and it didnt work Gave it all 15 mins to cool down and pump was fine again?!? Also it did the same thing while running prime95. Steady temps rising slowly untill a knock and dead pump. Brouh
Ght out back up PSU again and pump ran 24 hours straight. (Pc off ofcourse)

Specs:
EVGA Supernova G2 1300watt (5 hours old)
AMD FX-8120
ASUS CrosshairV Formula Z
16GB Teamgroup Elite 1600mhz
Sapphire HD7970 Vapour X Ghz Edition

Other info:
11/16mm tubing (no clouding)
Distilled water with drop of biocide and 1 drop red dye
240mm Rad cooled by Corsair SP12s
XSPC Raystorm block
G1/4 monsoon fittings

Sorry If i forgot anything but im sitting in a bathroom hiding from my boss trying to sort out this money pit :/

hmm id say its time for a new pump. personally get something like a swiftech pump, it would be a better option. I use a single mcp 355 for my whole loop and i used to use 50/50 car coolant in that thing and it pumped fine haha. i now use distilled with dye which actually cools a little better and flows better

to me that single pump cant handle that tubing size and is struggling and overheating the pump

I did wonder that but it all came in a kit since I was too lazy to buy everything seperately but I never thought it would of done that as my second punp ran really well for about 18 days. I just want a quick fix so i can get my new rads, cosmos II and the FX9590 but it all seems to go wrong for me :p thanks for the sugfestion though. Mabye ill have to just buy the replacement sooner since i cant go without my desktop any longer

dont waist you money on the 9590 i can overclock my 8320 to the same speed haha. get the 8350 and overclock it you will have no problems getting to 5 ghz on that mobo. to bad my 8320 cant go that high stabily ohh well

id reccommend the mcp 655(1/2). they come with a 5 year warranty.

Got my 7970 3 days before they offered 3 free games with it. Got sleeping dogs with my CPU. Done well my AMD though. Never had a driver fault... So far... havnt seen the need to spend the extra 30% on intel and nvidia like ive been told to do so many times before
