i have just upgraded my PC with a FX 8350.... but my PC keeps on restarting when i try to play games like COD MW 2 and Prototype 2...

Solution
Have you overclocked your CPU? Do you have your RAM or GPU overclocked? If so, return all 3 to the stock (recommended) clock speeds and then try again.

When you upgraded to the FX-8350 did you install the CPU to an older motherboard or upgrade the MB at the same time? If you're using an older motherboard, check the manufacturers website for possible BIOS updates that may affect CPU compatibility.

Check in Device Manager to make sure you don't have malfunctioning drivers/hw. Reset your BIOS to default settings as well.

Check to make sure you're not having thermal issues using a temperature monitor such as HWmonitor from CPUID.

Post back if you're still having issues after trying these and give more information about the hardware...

Yeah, it's definitely the PSU. Anything from corsair that is bronze certified or above is good.

I would recommend, to be exact, a http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cmpsu750txv2
or rather a Corsair Enthusiast 750W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply, assuming your case will fit it.
