That and from what i can find out about you're case (?) it's a micro atx case and will fit that mobo/ram/cpu combo,.From what i could see the motherboard now is a m-atx with sata connectors which means you probably are able to reuse the dvd/cd player.

So to further upgrade you could use the next which are the best i could find with your budget,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cx430
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-01gp43655kr
or seeing that games might make more use of Vram,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx650tibdc2oc2gd5boost
I don't know where you live, and i don't really need to,so if the pcpartpicker prices work for you i don't know.

I think you could do with less then 500watt,i think the following psu would do fine,
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00ALYP208/?tag=pcp0f-21
For a gtx 650 ti boost i found a cheaper one too,it has a better cooler=more quiet then the other one,
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/2gb-msi-gtx-650-ti-boost-tfrozr-iii-oc-28nm-pcie-30-6008mhz-gddr5-gpu-1033mhz-cores-768
with the money saved you could buy a better case like the next one,
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/XIGMATEK-Asgard-PRO-Chassis-PC-Case-Mid-Tower-ATX-Black-SuperSpeed-USB-3-0-/360770603904?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopComponents_RL&hash=item53ff9a8b80
your total amount spend would be the same.
What you choose is up to you,if you think that cheap case just looks better by all means take that one,but i think the other one just is a better quality case.
