Win 7 OEM is tied to the first motherboard it is installed with.
MS generally says OK to a new activation in case of replacing a broken motherboard. Replacing just because you want to...you'd have to ask them.

New license is required. The current license is tied to the current motherboard and cannot be transferred to another, unless it is an identical make/model motherboard.

Does this include revisions of motherboard? I have the GA-Z68AP-D3 rev1.0 with a blown graphics pci slot and was wondering if oem will work with GA-Z68AP-D3 rev2.0? Thanks
