Customizing my own computer. Are these good specs?

I'm really new to the computer gig and don't know much at all about the hardware and how it performs. I began customizing my own on Cyberpowerpc and am just wondering if there is something I might be paying too much for that I wont be using at all, or something I need to have for it to perform to my standards. I am wanting this computer to be able to run World of Warcraft and possibly Rift at High-Maximum settings smoothly. Also, I would like to be able to run both of those games at once while being able to tab through them and my web browser with no long delays. One other thing I am unsure of is if I should (or can) run the computers display through HDMI on my 42 inch tv, or should just buy a monitor. Here are the specs:

CPU - Intel® Core™ i7-4770K 3.50 GHz 8MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150 (All Venom OC Certified)

HDD - 2TB (2TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM HDD [+0] (Single Drive)

MEMORY - 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory (Corsair or Major Brand)

MOTHERBOARD - [CrossFireX] GIGABYTE Z87-HD3 Intel Z87 Chipset DDR3 ATX Mainboard w/ Ultra Durable 4 Plus, 7.1 HD Audio, GbLAN, 2 PCIe x16 (1 Gen3, 1 Gen2), 2 PCIe x1 & 2 PCI (Pro OC Certified)

SOUND - HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO

VIDEO - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 2GB GDDR5 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card [+368] (Major Brand Powered by NVIDIA)

Also a separate question on the video card - There is some Halloween special going on that allows me to choose... well.. I have no idea what it means at all, so I will just copy/paste exactly what it says.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 2GB GDDR5 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card [Halloween Mega Sale - Free 3DMark w/ MSI video card]

After choosing this video card, I am given the option to either A) "Major Brand Powered by Nvidia" or B) Powered by MSI [Free 3DMark Advanced Edition coupon w/ MSI video card].
Option B is the Halloween "Mega Sale" and because of this, it gives the impression that its some sort of upgrade from choice A but I'm not entirely sure. Which should I choose?

Thanks

It would be cool if you included your budget and do a little reading around the web about the different parts about the PC. Even if people here are helping you get the best for your money, you should know and learn what the different parts do.

You should probably look for a SLI/Crossfire setup. You can use your 42" TV as your display. One thing however, Cyberpowerpc isn't really known for the quality of their builds. Even iBuypower would be a step up. If you're not comfortable with building you own PC, I would recommend one of the following: Digital Storm Online, Maingear, or Origin PC. There are probably a few others out there, but pick one closest to your location.
