So yeah,
I feel like my gpu can pull out a lot more.
I'm playing BF3 at 768p (native resolution) with mid 50's or low 40's.
BF4 was unplayable at 40 fps on low.
And other game's are getting low fps, like MW3 getting 80 fps maxed with dips.
My full pc specs are:
i3 3225
MSI b75ma-p45
msi gtx 760
zalman zh600-hp
4gb of 1600mhz ram (crucial ballistix)
Sata 3 HDD.

For a working solution I will reward in the form of a game :D

I had a very similar problem with the exact same graphics card, check to see if your card is overheating because when I got my graphics card the heatsink was not seated properly and it was affecting my gameplay with FPS dips and eventually it started crashing my computer due to it shutting down so the card wouldn't be harmed.

Where can I see that?
I also don't have the shutting down issue.

My 760 has an average of like 60% gpu load.

We can rule out the temperature issues then, you're card could be defective but I have never seen a card that was defective and all it did was cause low FPS… You might just have too many programs running in your task bar which could possibly affect your performance, in which case Razer Game Booster would work like a charm for you if this was a problem. Your CPU could also be causing FPS drop since I am not to sure if I a 3225 could really support a MSi 760 fully... We know it couldn't be your power supply since you have a decent amount of power in it. Make sure all your drivers are up to date and that your Conputers don't have any updates needed that are essential, check this by clicking the start button, go to control panel, change your icons to small or large, and then look for the icon that says something's along the lines of "Windows Update." As for drivers, just check the MSi website since you have the MSi 760

Well, I got one 6 pin connector connected because my powersupply doesn't support more.
Is this the problem?

Very much so, your card is not receiving enough power.

What powersupply are you recommending?

Dude, you need a better processor and more RAM, to be blunt.
Higher end GFX cards need to fit in with a good setup..

However dont worry too much about BF4 yet, the Beta is sooo badly optimised its unreal.

You can prevent dips in framerate though, by fine tuning the video settings on certain games.

Well not sure what you mean by a graphics card "fitting" within a good setup because an i3 isn't going to bottleneck a 760 very much if at all.

However, in games that are CPU intensive, yes the OP will benefit with a quad core cpu but it isn't necessary. There isn't a bottleneck currently.

Also not aware of any games that really use more than 4 gb of ram but it wouldn't hurt to get an extra 4 gb just in case you're near the threshold I guess. You won't see any extra frames from putting in the extra ram though. I really don't believe it's necessary yet either, unless he plans on doing other things simultaneously while gaming.

Regardless, the OP should get a power supply that can supply his card with both 6 pin connectors it needs.

Edit: grammar fixes
