ram not working

I have a new ram 4 gb hyperx blu and g41 vs3 asrock mother board screen is black and there is no response .
could anyone please help me out??
my specs are :-
intel E8400 core 2 duo
ATI 6670 hd sapphire ddr5 1gb graphics
450 watt power supply
500 gb western digital black caviar hdd

You could have written all this in a single message... this is a message board, not SMS.

Try the new DIMMs again and this time, do try clearing CMOS settings to force the BIOS to reload memory timings from SPD. Some BIOSes fail to check for memory configuration changes during boot and need manual reset when that gets changed.

Are the DIMMs fully seated?
Did you try resetting CMOS settings?
Check that all your power cables are all present and fully inserted if you disconnected anything to make more room around the DIMMs or might have tugged cables during the install process.

Did you pick up the DIMM by the PCB edges? Did you have a hand on the PC's case shortly before bringing the DIMM in? If you didn't, you might have zapped your PC or DIMM with ESD.

I haven't done any thing like that bro
in fact I have Kingston old ram which have highest frequence of 1333 MHz and is working fine
but just when I apply 4 gb ram of Kingston hyperx blu in motherboard moniter keeps blinking and
there is no beep sound
