I have a 650 Ti BOOST and just got another for $120...so for about $280 (in SLI) I'll get performance close to a GTX 680 or so, for about half the price. So in that way, the BOOST is a good option, because Crossfire isn't as recommended as SLI in most cases. So that's one angle on the question.
It comes down to price, go with whichever one is cheaper, SLI and Crossfire both require a bit of tweaking around with games to work properly, so if you are thinking of going with two GPUs, go with the Boost, otherwise go with the cheaper option
Then I would probably go with 7850 if you are only going single card due to the promise of mantle, get the 650 ti boost if you are thinking of SLI in the future

am i going to be able to put it on a psu 750W its not a good brand i dont even think i has a brand xD i got it for free
Uhh probably, they shouldn't be exactly pushing that much power. Check the 12v rails for the amp readings
The 7850 requires 21A and the boost requires 24A
