I have a Samsung Smart 3d TV (65 inch and 1080p) i hooked my windows 7 pc to it through hdmi and isnt completely fullscreen when i have the resolution set to the recommended which is 1920 x 1080. all the way up. there is about 4 inch black bars around the whole thing. How do i make it fill the whole tv
