I am making the change to become a pc gamer and would like to start myself off with a good enough pc to run the modern games such as battlefield 4. I have never gone out and shopped for pc parts before so i'm asking for help in that my requirements are:

able to run battlefield 4 on mid to high graphics

fits a budget of £800 ~ £850

ideally with a monitor and keyboard (not 100% necessary but would be nice)

I will not be overclocking it

able to use Nvidia physx

If this is not possible or anyone has different recommendations please let me know as-well

Cheers

Not sure on where to buy since I don't know where you live but if you want to fit a monitor and keyboard in your 800 build that's already down to like about 650 ish. Now, with around 650 left to use I think that's a bit low but still able to get decent parts. Go look for AMD parts. They're affordable and pretty good. If you decide to spend more on your PC budget, grab Intel/GTX products instead.
