I sadly (or maybe happily) need to get a new mouse (under $40)

So sadly (or happily as you'll later see), my HP Wireless Optical mouse laser broke after a power out (I don't even know how...). So I'm in the store to buy a new mouse in the USA once again (it'll be shipped to relatives).
So my question is what's the best mouse intended for gaming under $40 you guys could find?
Here are the specs I'm most comfortable with:
- At least3600 DPI
- At least 5 buttons if not more (the extra 2+ for programming, as I enjoy to play LoL every now and then).
- A black body (I'm looking for a mouse to go with my computer, desk, and room. Not something that looks ugly.)
- Wired mouse (I. Hate. Wireless)
- Reputable Manufacturer (No no names please)
- A Laser setup (I've used optical and trackball, so it doesn't hurt to try something new).

Here are the mouses which I've found so far, but I don't know which is the best, or if there is a better one out there:
Perixx MX-3000B

Razer Deathadder:

Razer Spectre StarCraft II Edition:

CM Storm Inferno:

Which of those are the best? Or is there a better one out there?
Thanks in advance!

Solution
razor is the top quality here, just keep in mind the deathadder is optical/infrared not laser. any one of these two will be great.
personally i would go with the deathAdder.
