Here is a much better PSU along with a list of vendors in the UK where you can buy it from:
XFX 750W Pro: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750xxxb9

The Seasonic 750W Gold PSU that you picked is more than ok, it is even better than the XFX 750W.

As for the RAM, yes it does matter which one you get, some Corsair RAM has different voltages so you don't want to pair up RAM sticks with different voltages, you need another "4gb DDR3 1866mhz Corsair Vengeance" stick but it has to be the same voltage as the one you have, 1.5V (not less and not more). Problem is, I can't find just 1 4GB RAM stick with those specifications, they all come in pairs, here's a list of them: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/memory/#m=11&s=301866&v=1500&sort=a8

Thank you so much for your help guys with the ram and PSU and i am hoping this with the new psu and 8gig of ram or in fact 16gig cos it comes with 4gig will give me a few years of hi res gaming...think all the other components are good...also i have read online that the cpu k series is unlocked so in the future i can overclock it ;-)....
once again thank you guys and what a great forum this is for guys like me who know little about computers to be able to get advice from knowledgeable people like you guys :)
