I want to upgrade my video card, if possible, to play Black Ops II (have you heard enough about this game already...) I have an HP Slimline s5414y and it says my graphic card I have now is not able to run this game. What, if anything, can I do, recommendations for compatible video cards with my current system?
Motherboard:
Manufacturer: Pegatron
•Form factor: microATX - 24.4 cm (9.6 inches) x 24.4 cm (9.6 inches)
•Chipset: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
•Memory sockets: 2 x DDR2
•Front side bus speeds: 2000MT/s (2.0 GT/s)
•Processor socket: AM2+
•Expansion Slots:
•1 PCI Express x16 slot for graphics card
•2 PCI Express x1 slots
•1 PCI slot

Processor:
AMD Athlon II X2 215
•Operating speed: Up to 2.7 GHz
•Number of cores: 2
•Socket: AM3
•Bus speed: 4000 MHz HT3 (clocked down to 2000 MHz)

Graphics:
Integrated graphics using nVidia GeForce 6150SE
Any help would be appreciated until I can get a good gaming computer just to play the game for now.

You'll want a low-profile graphics card. The Radeon HD 7750 is a massive step up from your current integrated graphics. Unfortunately, it seems low-profile cards are more expensive than their full-sized counterparts. Kind of strange:

UPDATE: Crap, nevermind. I just checked your PC. It only has a 220 W Power Supply. I assumed it had a 300 W Power Supply. Unfortunately, your PC will not handle an HD 7750 as it draws too much power. If you had a 300 W power supply it'd be a different case but, unfortunately, there's not much you can do. I'll look for another graphics card (and perhaps a power supply that will fit) but as of right now don't buy that HD 7750.

UPDATE 2: Found you a PSU that will fit! :D And it's 300 W, so you can install that HD 7750 just fine! The first link is to eBay:

And the second link is to some other site. I think it's a smart move to just go with the eBay one:
