Im buying pieces slowly for my next build, and I just ordered this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I want to know if I get this PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

If I will be able to test this card in my current pc. Right Now I have a GTX 460 768mb, but I want to switch it for this until I get a new PC. I have this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

This Processor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I have 4gb of DDR3 Ram, and a 500gb 5400RPM HDD.

I know I will be VERY bottlenecked until I get my new pc, but can I safely test this card out to make sure it works?

More about : bought powercolor 7870 myst edition

Yeah that will run, under bottleneck maybe, I'm not sure, but the psu will run it, and that cpu will handle it decently.

absolutely yes..you can safely test that card..

but actually your processor is not that bad..
bottleneck? yes, but not that heavily..

add some Mhz and squeze the performance of your processor, and you'll be fine..

today games is GPU dependent, not processor..

Yeah that and a cpu cooler (EVO) will bring you up to speed.

fx6300 is a good choice, best bang of buck for amd gaming processor..and this one is very overclockable.

but, mmm, not with that biostar..
even Biostar 990FX series is not so good, and you can't expect nothing from biostar 970 series..

get a better board..
ASUS M5A97 AM3+ R2 or asrock 970 extreme3 is a very good motherboard for budget..good overclocking potential..and more durable..

also, don't forget to add 3rd party cooling to your system..(because you will overclock it, no matter what you'll say..:D )
CM 212+ is good option..best cooler for budget price
