Not Enough Space on Partitioned Drive. What do I do?

I recently installed Windows 8 on my ssd. Before I installed it, I dedicated 30GB to a partition an around 85GB to the free SSD space. I wanted to do this to keep things organized and to see exactly what is on my SSD. So now, its been about a month and I have ran out of space. Most things I cannot install on my PC because I cannot change the install location of some programs. When I try to dedicate more memory from the free ssd space to the Windows partition, I am not able to extend it. Is there an easy way on getting past this issue? Right now, I a trying to install Google Chrome and I am unable to. I have deleted all that I can to try to get it installed. I would love if I could dedicate about 5-10 more GB of space to that partition. What road should I go down from here?

I actually tried that and it does not work, sadly. I cannot extend the C: drive (Windows Drive), but I am able to put it back onto the original 85GB drive.

EDIT: This also means that I cannot upgrade to Windows 8.1. I cannot install the updates required because I have no space.

You'll need another partition utility to do this but shrink the 85 them move it to the right. Once the unpartitioned space is next to the 30 you will be able to expand into it. I believe Easus has a free utility to do this.

I'm going to try that right now. I'll post back soon to let you know how things roll.

I used the program, but I am still unable to combine the boot partition with the unallocated memory partition. I tried using the "resize/move" option and also the "merge" option.
