What is the best heatsink for an i5 2500k 4.5GHz on a antec twelve hundred v3?

I was watching the noctua nh-d14 and thermaltake extreme cold. As for the corsair h100 RL looks good but I do not know if it is compatible with my box and do not know whether the noise will be very annoying compared to air.
What I see is that the corsair has 2 fans, and I wonder if I could put them in the back of the twelve hundred, and the antec fans use to put on the side and the fan support for optical drives.
If you can even may be better option than air.
What do you think of the temperatures?
