Hello everyone,
I am in the process of putting together the parts of my first PC build and was wondering what the right graphics card would be for me...I am a moderate gamer, and stream a lot of 1080p videos, looking for something relatively cheap (but price is not a barrier). I don't need it to be an uber , top of the line card, because i will most likely never reach its potential. However, with that said i need something that can handle high-end games. Thanks so much in advance!!

Build so far:
Intel core i7 4770k CPU
ASUS Z87 motherboard
16gb corsair vengeance pro ram

I think you would like either the 290 (will come out in a few days) or the 770.
The 290 is supposed to be faster (thus more bang for your buck).
And if you want to spend closer to $300, id recommend the 280x.

Either way the card will be fast enough to run any game. I have a 7870 and it still runs BF4 on max settings no problem.

How does the 660 compare?

The 660 would be too slow in my opinion. If you want a $300 nvidia card you could try the 670, but I would say go for the 280x if you dont have a preference.
