I just updated my GA-990FXA-UD3 r.1 to F13 and now only my green jack is working. Before the update I had my headphones plugged into green out and my speakers plugged into blue in and now only the green jack is working. Any ideas?

Solution
It almost seems like your sound card drivers are not installed right.

You may with to reinstall the sound drivers from the Gigabyte website.

Does this look familiar? This is what Realtek's software looks like.

Yeah it is line in, I don't know how I managed to re-task it before. Do you know how to do that for Windows 7? I've scoured the Sound in Control panel and still cannot figure it out, I only know where to find blue line in.

I don't believe i am, I can;t find Realtek audio, all I can find pertaining to Audio is the control panel sound and VIA HD Audio Deck which doesnt open, i don't even know what that is.

I definitely don't have a soundcard, its an onboard panel.

I have
AMD High Def Audio Device
High Def Audio Device

Recently just installed a FX-8350 CPU and had to update my BIOS to F13

I've seen this before, but on my friends computer. not mine. I've never had that on my computer. I'm pretty bad at updating my mobo.
