What would It take to Bottleneck a FX-8350?

Look, it is bottlenecking the GPU (single Titan) here getting lower scores than the I5! http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/battlefield-4-graphics-card-performance,3634-10.html
It is all in the definition, one CPU scores lower than another with the same GPU it is holding it back. Does it matter at that performance level is another story.

it depends on the game and how cpu intensive it is but i have a 7970 and my 8350 is overclocked to 4.7 ghz and it bottlenecks bad i only see 35% utilization in some games on my gpu with games theyre only going to be using 1-2 threads so the other cores arent that useful its a good cpu but intel beats it with better single thread performance
