I want to ask can a old hard drive.. (im not sure about the exact model but i can find it if needed) slow my gaming FPS down.. like a lot?
PSU: Seasonic 620 bronze 620W
MOBO:Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
AMD FX 8350 4.7ghz (overclocked)
8 GB ADATA RAM 1333mhz (2x4GB Dual channel)
Palit GTX 770 4GB Jetstream (100mhz overclocked)
So In games .. i get like 20 fps at tmes.. is that possible (latest drivers nvidia experience and so on windows is new also) but in Skyrim lets say... i can do to 26-7 FPS (worst case) And i notice GTA 4 isnt working that smooth .i know GTA 4 is kinda crazy but skyrim.. i hear other people dont do below 60FPS with this GPU .. or could it be my RAM.. cause its kinda cheap ram
EDIT: My drive is ST 325041 0AS SATA Disc Device 250GB
