when i go to mt computer tab in my folder it dosn't show my hard drive but it shows my ssd so what do i do

When i go to my folder is shows my ssd but it dose not show my hard drive i tried to switch my sata cables and power but it still dose not show up should i return it to amazon

it is a western digital black 1 tb

Did you check the Disk Management and see if your disk was seen in that?
Right click My Computer icon and click "Manage".
Then Select "Disk Management" and see if the drive is detected.
If it isn't,you could try this solution.

Right click "Disk Management" and select "Rescan Disks"
Find your drive in the list in the bottom pane
Right click it and select "Initialize"
Add a partition
