I'm pretty much torn between two GPU.

Other than the extra cooling mechanism, I'm not sure what else does Palit GTX 760 Jetstream beat Palit GTX 760 in.

Anyway, the cost between these two products is about $30, or about $24.29 (USD).

Here's the other parts of my future build.

CPU: i5-4670
Motherboard: B85M-G43
Storage: WESTERN DIGITAL 640GB BLUE
Case: PHANTOM 410
Power supply: FSP RAIDER 550W 80+ SILVER
Optical drive: SAMSUNG 24X OEM

I do not intend to include any more fans in the case other than the ones provided, unless they don't in my area. Oh yea, I'm hoping not to fry up my system anytime soon too. So, would the extra cooling of the Jetstream edition worth the extra bucks?

Solution
jetstream is overclocked, and of course better cooling.
you better read some reviews before buying, not saying that Palit is bad (already had at least 2 of palit gpu), but it pays to read around.
last time, palit jetstram was loud they said.

The Jetstream has a slightly base clock rate (Regular: 980MHz - Jetstream: 1072MHz)
It also has a slightly higher memory clock rate. (Regular: 3004MHz - Jetstream: 3100MHz)
More memory bandwidth. (Regular: 192.3 GB/sec - Jetstream: 198.4 GB/sec)

The Jetstream only supports 2 way SLI, while the regular supports 3 way.
Also the Jetstream comes with a HDMI-DVI adapter.

If it's only $30 extra I'd go for it.
