i m planning to buy a new geforce gtx 770 graphic card but

does it compatible with my INTEL DH77EB mother board

It's a bit on the cheap side as far as power supply manufacturers and series go, but 750 W is more then enough. You'll be fine with that, as any realistic build with a GTX 770 shouldn't even be hitting 500 W, perhaps just barely more, so 750 W is just fine.

Yes, it is perfectly compatible without any troubles. Just make sure that your power supply is up to par.
