Do you guys think that this build will be good for gaming, editing, rendering 3D files and cheaper?

Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45
CPU: i5-3570 Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz) [Both Motherboard and CPU together $300]
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 12800 (8GB, DDR3,1600MHz) [USD$80]
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 650 TI Boost OC 2GB GDDR5 [USD$208]
PSU: W500 Corsair CX500M [USD$80]
Cooler: Corsair Cooling Hydro H40 [USD$80]
Hard Drive: Western Digital Cavair Blue (1TB space) [USD$65]
Optical Drive: Lite-on 24x SATA DVD [USD$17]
Casing: Corsair Carbide 200R [USD$42]

Well i live in Singapore and the some of the market price is more higher than US. When down the road, I will buy new GPU. I don't need monitor, gaming equipments such as mouse and Windows 7 System builder CD which i have it now. If there is more cheaper build, please reply here. :D

I'm sure it can last 5 years. But you may be looking to upgrade way before then though. Games are getting more and more demanding.

If you want cheaper loose the expensive H40 cooler and look for a good air cooler on a budget like the cooler master hyper 212 evo, xigmatek gaia or a bit more expensive the cooler master 412s.The stock cooler should do fine btw,but i don't know how hot it can get there.
I don't know what these parts kost there but they should be cheaper.
A i5 3470 isn't that much slower and could be cheaper as well, and there is the 3550 to.It all depends on price.

Did you look at the socket 1150 cpu's/motherboards? They are already faster and maybe there for about the same price.Like the 4570 or 4670 i5 cpu's and a asrock B85 pro3/4 motherboard or msi B85-g43 for instance.
At least here in Holland the prices are roughly the same.It might be different over there.

You don't want to overclock seeing your pc components choice...,this might be more expensive now but later on it might give you some extra headroom. For this you choose the "K" series cpu's and a "Z87"/ /"Z77" motherboard depending on which cpu you choose.
Just showing you the option.;) What you choose is up to you.The first part of this post is the most important considering you want cheaper.
