I'm looking to build a system that would be able to last me at least 4-5 years (with a possible addition of a 2nd GPU along the way). I will be using this mostly to play BF4, preferably at HIGH settings. I would obviously love if I can spend any less money than this (maybe a cheaper CPU?). I'm waiting for black Friday / cyber Monday to see if I can get any deals.

My big question:
Is there any reason I may want to wait until Q1/Q2 next year for anything? New CPU's? Would those CPU's be different sockets?

(Note: I already have a TX650M power supply & windows 7 OS to use for this build)

This is the build that I've come up with. I was also looking at the possibility of going with the FX-8320 with a different MOBO to try and lower prices, how would it stack up against a 4670k? It would only be a savings of around $110, so I wouldn't mind sticking with Intel if it's worth it.

try this build, it has a much more powerful GPU and a cheap case. and it doesn't have aCPU cooler. still you can strap on a cheap one like CM hyper 212 evo later and OC the CPU to about 4.3Ghz to make it last 4 years.

the brodwell refresh may give new users a small speed bump. but till they drop and there out for a few months i would stay with haswell cpu and mb. (let the bugs fall out of the new product before you grab it).
if your going to sli get a 850w power supply. i would use the locked cpu use the saving for as faster gpu or ssd.
