First off system specs.
Windows 8 pro 64bit.
MSI 970a-g43
AMD FX-6300
Corsair Vengence 8gig (2x4gb) 1600mhz.
Nvidia Geforce GTX 680 2gb.
Antec 750w
My Multiplier for my cpu is stuck at x7.
Things ive tried.
Turning off all Power saving features in bios. EuP 2013,C1E, AMD CnQ
Windows power control put to high performance with 100%min and max.
Aswell ive tried turning off AMD turbo core (which also turns off apm).
I cant think of anything more to try.

I been working like hell for 2 days trying to figure this out.
